They do not constitute legal, notarial, financial, or real estate advice of any kind. CondoTactic is a decision-support tool. CondoReport Inc. is not a law firm and does not practice law. CondoReport Inc. recommends consulting a notary or lawyer before finalizing any real estate purchase.

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
Payment is securely processed by Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the service (instant report generation), payments are non-refundable except in the case of a technical error attributable to CondoTactic and reported within 48 hours of purchase.
By uploading documents to CondoTactic, you confirm:
• You have the legal right to share these documents
• Sharing them does not violate any confidentiality agreement or legal obligation
• You assume full responsibility for the content of the documents provided
Reports generated by CondoTactic are the property of the user who placed the order. The technology, algorithms, and platform content of CondoTactic remain the exclusive property of CondoReport Inc.
CondoReport Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
