• PDF documents — the condo documents you upload for analysis
• Payment data — processed directly by our secure payment provider. CondoReport Inc. never stores your card information.
Your data is used exclusively for:
• Analyzing your condo documents and generating your report
• Sending your report and order-related communications
• Launch communications and service updates (with your consent)
PDF documents you upload are automatically deleted after analysis, within a maximum of 24 hours. Your email address is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
We use third-party service providers for hosting, payment processing, AI document analysis, and email communications. These providers may be located outside Canada, including in the United States, and are subject to the laws of their respective countries. In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, we inform you of this.
